Installation Troubleshooting

Windows Firewall

LightWave may not find your licence correctly even if it reports that your licence has been added. This is because LightWave requires network access(to detect if there are other active LightWave licenses on the network).

This fix for this issue can be found on YouTube. This will 'unset' and then 'set' the firewall in Windows 10/11 for correct operation of the licensing mechanism for LightWave.
